Real Estate Developer - Boston Massachusetts – Involved in the investigation and purchasing of property in the Boston area renovating and reconstructing residential housing units.

Photographer – Turkish-Manas University, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Photographed the original Manas Univ. Summer School program for the use of the University and associated Kyrgyz governmental agencies.

Executive Vice President, The Great Frame Up Systems, Inc. – Chicago, Illinois – Planned and developed the entire franchise program for a national chain of picture framing retail stores. Developed contracts, policies and methodology to take a small local retail chain into national franchise prominence in its industry. Responsible for concept development through mature operation of the following - Training, Manual Preparation, Advertising, Public Relations, Collection of GIS Information and Real Estate Acquisition, Franchise Sales and Franchisee Communication, Manufacturing Product Support, and Sale of Business.

Owner/Operator – Gaffers and Chicago Station – Chicago, Illinois – Created and developed the concepts, constructed the physical plants and managed both tavern (Gaffers) and restaurant (Chicago Station) locations on the Chicago North Shore and in downstate Illinois.

Captain - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – As a reserve Army officer stationed in the Corps of Engineers Chicago District office prepared the plans and supervised the construction and installation of the environmental considerations for the dewatering of Niagara Falls. Prepared detailed environmental programs in support of Corps task forces operating from the Office of the Chief of Engineers in Washington, D.C.

Boy Scouts of America – Eagle Scout – Traveled to the International Jamboree in Manila, The Philippines and subsequent circumnavigation of the World. Wrote and photographed entire trip for National Geographic Society Publication.
