Eric Rose runs the show and he's good people. River Valley Kitchens is, I'm sure, linked to a couple times on the site and well worth a visit, both on the net and in person. Eric took me on, working with him at the Farmer's Market this past season. I worked three markets for him and vouch for his product and character. If you're in the midwest, get in touch and stop by the farm -- they have amazing food and again, great people. He's trying to do the right thing and I tip my hat to him: the real McCoy.
Only about 35 recipes, but I like the way the site is setup and I can personally attest to the Chanterelle recipe: "Girolles a la forestiere". I would suggest reducing the amount of time for the secondary sautee of the mushrooms, perhaps browning the potatoes first, then adding the chanterelles 10 mins or so into the process, turning down the heat when adding them in... I prepared the dish with asparagus and sauteed chicken breast. It was excellent.
I prefer this site to most of the others I have found / listed here in the links section. Check the pulldown on the left-hand side of the site; recipes are organized by mushroom type.
